About this project
Welcome to NightOwl Medical, a California-based virtual care platform offering physician-led telehealth during late-night hours (9 PM–4 AM PST), when most other care options are unavailable. We designed and developed a fast, cash-pay focused Elementor website built to connect patients with board-certified physicians within 15–30 minutes for non-emergency issues. Our focus was on creating a clear, reassuring platform that communicates urgency and credibility, backed by hospital-grade affiliations, while guiding patients smoothly from queue entry to consultation.
Project Features
At NightOwl Medical, we combined a real-time queue system with detailed service information to support fast, late-night care access. Our developed features include:
- Virtual Waiting Room Flow: Clear “Enter Queue → Video Visit → Plan” process guiding patients from cash-pay entry to physician consultation.
- Symptom Coverage Directory: Organized categories spanning skin/allergy, respiratory, GI, infections, and more, helping patients self-identify eligible concerns.
- Diagnostic & Lab Integration: Direct information on Quest Diagnostics lab orders and Galleri multi-cancer early detection testing.
- Eligibility & Safety Notices: Prominent California-only and non-emergency disclaimers, plus 18+ age policy, ensuring appropriate patient triage.
- Credibility Badges: Featured affiliations with Cedars-Sinai, ABIM, and ABOM to reinforce physician-led trust.
