About this project
Welcome to Zeeva Behavioral Health, a Los Angeles-based psychotherapy practice offering accessible, insurance-covered mental health care across multiple locations in California and Nevada. We designed and developed a warm, welcoming platform built to guide prospective clients from first visit to matched therapist with minimal friction. Our focus was on creating a compassionate, easy-to-navigate site that simplifies a traditionally overwhelming process — finding the right therapist — through clear messaging and a smart intake system.
Project Features
At Zeeva Behavioral Health, we combined a detailed intake system with team and insurance transparency to support client onboarding. Our developed features include:
- Multi-Step Welcome Questionnaire: Dynamic intake form capturing therapy needs, preferences, location, and insurance details, with file uploads for insurance cards.
- Therapist Directory: Extensive team showcase with individual profiles linking to each therapist’s specialties and background.
- Insurance Verification Support: Clear listing of accepted providers (Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, BlueCross, and more) alongside transparent cash-pay session rates.
- Guided Onboarding Process: Simple “1, 2, 3” visual flow from questionnaire to matched therapist to first session.
- Multi-Location Support: Dedicated location info for West LA, Sherman Oaks, and statewide teletherapy options.
