About this project
Welcome to Harmony Care Finder, a nationwide ABA therapy matching service helping families of children with autism find trusted, verified providers across 25+ states. We designed and developed a fast, human-centered platform built around personal matching rather than a static directory, connecting families with credentialed providers based on their needs, insurance, and schedule. Our focus was on creating a reassuring, results-driven site that simplifies a stressful search into a clear, guided path, from first inquiry to matched provider in as little as one week.
Project Features
At Harmony Care Finder, we combined a state-by-state provider network with insurance transparency to support fast, personalized matching. Our developed features include:
- Personalized Matching System: Human-reviewed intake process matching families with providers based on needs, availability, and insurance, rather than algorithm-only listings.
- State-Specific ABA Pages: Dedicated location pages covering 25+ states, each tailored with local provider information.
- Insurance Coverage Guides: In-depth guides for major providers (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid, and more) to simplify coverage verification.
- Dual Intake Pathways: Separate flows for families who already have a diagnosis versus those needing an evaluation first.
- Trust Metrics Showcase: Prominent display of verified providers, families helped, and states served to build immediate credibility.
